God night to all…A Pslams 37 reminder from my friend, Keith. Thank you

Psalms 37

Do not fret because of those who are evil
or be envious of those who do wrong;
for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants they will soon die away.

Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.

Be still before the Lord
and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;
do not fret —it leads only to evil.
For those who are evil will be destroyed,
but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land.

A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy peace and prosperity.

The wicked plot against the righteous
and gnash their teeth at them;
but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.

The wicked draw the sword
and bend the bow
to bring down the poor and needy,
to slay those whose ways are upright.
But their swords will pierce their own hearts,
and their bows will be broken.

Better the little that the righteous have
than the wealth of many wicked;
for the power of the wicked will be broken,
but the Lord upholds the righteous.

The blameless spend their days under the Lord’s care,
and their inheritance will endure forever.
In times of disaster they will not wither;
in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.

But the wicked will perish:
Though the Lord’s enemies are like the flowers of the field,
they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke.

The wicked borrow and do not repay,
but the righteous give generously;
those the Lord blesses will inherit the land,
but those he curses will be destroyed.

The Lord makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him;
though he may stumble, he will not fall,
for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

I was young and now I am old,
yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken
or their children begging bread.
They are always generous and lend freely;
their children will be a blessing.

Turn from evil and do good;
then you will dwell in the land forever.
For the Lord loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.

Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed[c];
the offspring of the wicked will perish.
The righteous will inherit the land
and dwell in it forever.

The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom,
and their tongues speak what is just.
The law of their God is in their hearts;
their feet do not slip.

The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,
intent on putting them to death;
but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked
or let them be condemned when brought to trial.

Hope in the Lord
and keep his way.
He will exalt you to inherit the land;
when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

I have seen a wicked and ruthless man
flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,
but he soon passed away and was no more;
though I looked for him, he could not be found.

Consider the blameless, observe the upright;
a future awaits those who seek peace.
But all sinners will be destroyed;
there will be no future for the wicked.

The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
The Lord helps them and delivers them;
he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
because they take refuge in him.

OK, so I’m not politically correct. I believe the Lord should govern our nation.

Country

This may surprise you, but I’m a little miffed (That is supposed to be funny by the way). Now I know that people are reading this blog from 12 different countries that I know of, so I’m not sure if this applies to you or not. If it doesn’t, please pray for the countries it does.

The U.S., as well as many other nations, is allowing Jesus to take a back seat in the nation in order to become more politically correct. The current U.S. administration, as well as many other nations, have now seen it as “Vogue” to dis-proportionally add Muslims to their cabinets so they can cater to that group, while telling Christians they’re bigots for opposing abortions. Countries are handing out condoms in schools instead of teaching morals. I could go on and on about how the tide is turning against the Biblical teachings of Jesus, but it would take forever to do that.

If we continue to just sit by and watch this happen, then we deserve what we get. It’s not wrong to want a Theocracy in this country. maybe then, we could become respected and blessed again. What we need to be doing is become more proactive and demand that this country return to it’s Biblical roots.Why can’t I express my opinion on God as others do without being called a hypocrite?

I know this is short, but I’m preparing for the hate mail…lol.

The God particle…Smart scientists overlooking the simple answer….

The Hubble Ultra Deep Field, is an image of a small region of space in the constellation Fornax, composited from Hubble Space Telescope data accumulated over a period from September 3, 2003 through January 16, 2004. The patch of sky in which the galaxies reside was chosen because it had a low density of bright stars in the near-field. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

OK, so the scientists now say that they have found the “God” particle that explains the universe. It really makes me crazy when I hear such educated people tripping over the very simple truth. The most plausible explanation of the universe is creationism.

EVERYTHING has to have a point of being created. You don’t just get a cake, you have to create it, and it all goes back to a point of SOMEONE putting it all in the bowl, mixing it, baking it, and serving it. If we came from the big bang theory, where did the big bang matter come from? Where did the matter that created the big bang come from, and so on and so on. There’s only one real answer, it was created, and I have the order of creation below….

The opening chapter of the Bible begins with these words, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” (NIV) This summarizes the drama that was about to unfold. We learn from the text that the earth was formless, empty, and dark, and God’s Spirit moved over the waters preparing to perform God’s creative Word. And then God began to speak into existence his creation. The day by day account follows:

  • Day 1 – God created light and separated the light from the darkness, calling light “day” and darkness “night.”
  • Day 2 – God created an expanse to separate the waters and called it “sky.”
  • Day 3 – God created the dry ground and gathered the waters, calling the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters “seas.” On day three, God also created vegetation (plants and trees).
  • Day 4 – God created the sun, moon, and the stars to give light to the earth and to govern and separate the day and the night. These would also serve as signs to mark seasons, days, and years.
  • Day 5 – God created every living creature of the seas and every winged bird, blessing them to multiply and fill the waters and the sky with life.
  • Day 6 – God created the animals to fill the earth. On day six, God also created man and woman (Adam and Eve) in his own image to commune with him. He blessed them and gave them every creature and the whole earth to rule over, care for, and cultivate.
  • Day 7 – God had finished his work of creation and so he rested on the seventh day, blessing it and making it holy.
